Critical Performance Program
This program is intended for leaders who wish to address a small
number of issues specifically
related to their current leadership responsibilities.
Often clients in this category are in positions and situations which
are mission critical to the success of the enterprise at that moment.
Targeted outcomes typically include: immediate solidification of
priorities, rebalancing of resources, time management and delegation,
(re)building of key relationships, specific behavior change. The
program may last 1-6 months.
