An interesting question Kyle likes to ask:
What two core values guide how you live and lead?

  • Sovereignty: Taking full responsibility for my choices, responses, and impact. For me, this means leading myself with intention, staying accountable to what matters most, remaining open to feedback, and empowering others’ to choose their own path.
  • Fulfillment: Pursuing meaningful success in a way that strengthens well-being, relationships, and enjoyment of life. I want how I achieve to reflect what matters to me as much as the achievement itself. For me, fulfillment means feeling full in a life that feels true to who I am.
